VIRTUAL LEARN TO LOBSTER BOIL 2020 

FILL POT JUST UNDER ¾ WAY WITH WATER, PUT ON THE BURNER ON MEDIUM-ONCE IT GETS TO A BOIL, WE WILL ADD OUR 2 SEASONINGS, BASE, GARLIC & ONION 

PUT BUTTER IN SMALL SAUCE PAN ON LOW-WE ARE WANTING TO MELT THE BUTTER AND USE A SPOON TO GENTLY SKIM THE MILK SOLIDS & WATER TO CLARIFY IT 

*****SEASON YOUR STEAKS & LET THEM REST AT ROOM TEMPURATURE 

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 375 

PLACE THE GARLIC BUTTER ROLLS ON A SHEET PAN (WE WILL BE PUTTING THEM IN THE 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 5-7 MINUTES CLOSER TO TIME OF SERVICE) 

PREP ONION-REMOVE ENDS & SKIN AND QUARTER-THIS WILL GO INTO THE BOIL 

CUT THE LOBSTER TAILS STRAIGHT UP THE BACK & RINSE 

CHOP PARSLEY-PLACE TO THE SIDE FOR SERVICE 

CHOP LEMONS-PLACE TO THE SIDE FOR SERVICE 

START GRILL FOR YOUR STEAKS 

 

 

ONCE THE BOIL IS READY WE WILL BE DROPPING THE INGREDIENTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER 😊 

POTATOES 

CORN******PUT STEAKS ON THE GRILL 

LOBSTER******ONCE WE DROP ROLLS GO IN THE OVEN & TOSS THE SALAD WITH THE QUINOA & DRESSING 

SAUSAGE 

SHRIMP 

 

SHAKE & DUMP ONTO THE PLATTER OR TABLE OF YOUR LIKING 

GARNISH WITH PARSLEY & LEMONS 

ENJOY WITH YOUR WARM GARLIC BUTTER ROLLS & SALAD
